- Should be very strong in Core java (JDK 1.6 or higher), JAXB, XML parsers for huge XML data, JMS
- Should be strong in Analysis and Design (OOAD) and able to develop highly Performance optimized code.
- Should be very proficient in any of the RDBMS specifically either MySQL or Oracle
- Should have experience in working with Agile development model and Test driven development engineering models.
- Should have knowledge in Tomcat deployments or any other Webserver or App.server deployments.
- Should have good knowledge in writing JUnit test cases.
- Basic Networking skills
- Basic knowledge on CVS (or any other SCM tool), build process using Maven and Unix shell scripting (user level).
- Able to work with little supervision.
