*Sourcing the profiles using different sources like Job Portals, Internal Database, employee referrals and References as per the skills needed for various requirements.
*Conducting initial screening of candidates on the basis of communication skills, stability factors and Profile / Personality / Organizational fitment of candidates for Support and Functional positions.
*Managing the entire end to end recruitment process.
*Involved in releasing ads and managed Walk-In interviews
*Creating a database of relevant resumes for future recruitment needs.
