We were never in the field for hard core selling; it was more of brand marketing. During my training, I have built good relations with my ABM’s and they are happy to help me at anytime in my career. I always feel lucky that I got a chance to start my career with Cadila, which is having such a great reputation in the market.
I learnt in the field as how to approach Chemists / Doctors and how to make my calls effective. I also felt a sense of great achievement when Doctors started recognizing me with my name. Cadila has changed my life by providing me such a great training in CPEX, which is not provided in any other company.
