4. Detailed analysis dimensions / geometry

6. Inspection of quality control
7. Manufacturability Analysis
8. Prototyping
9. Design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis
10. 2D and 3D drawings
11. projects in 2D or fabrication drawings using the methodology of reverse engineering of existing physical components
12. BOM (Bill of Material)
13. ECO (engineering change orders)
14. Reverse engineering job responsibilities includes:-
15. Concept generation
16. Development of prototypes and testing
17. Evaluation and Documentation
18. Tool design and development of tools for plastic components
19. Tool design and development of tools for sheet metal components
20. Manufacture of components and services supply 

• Location : Pune
• Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
• Education: (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Mechanical, Production/Industrial) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have:-

1.  Experience in Solidworks 3D design, good knowledge of making engineering drawings using 2D drawings and even rough sketches, awareness of engineering standards (e.g. ASME 14.5, ISO, AISI, and ANSI etc), basic engineering material etc
2. Software skills: Hands on experience especially in Solid works 2010 onwards, and Auto-CAD 2007 onwards (BOTH) are mandatory. (Knowledge of Pro-E 4 or 5 will be an advantage ) awareness of design standards
3. Reverse engineering concept
4. Self-disciplined, initiative, committed, good English and verbal communication. Good interpersonal skills.
