1. Understanding the assigned business territory through market research
2. Plan and implement all activities related to Business Development and Marketing efforts to achieve the desired target.
3.  Developing relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CTO, CXO etc) in target organizations for business development.
4. To act as a bridge between Clients and the Software Professionals.
5. To be involved in the entire sales process right from identifying the prospect and target market to closing the deal and maintaining relationship with the client.
6. Responsible for expanding the Client base in International market for the Software Development Services
7. To introduce new/innovative Sales & Marketing ideas to meet & exceed the targets.
8. Good communication (written as well as verbal).

• Technical person (preferred B Tech.)
• 6-12 months experience (IT Services or International BPO background).
• Preferred from Gurgaon Location (so that s/he can avail transport facility).
• Willing to work in odd hours.
